19-06-2025: Visit - Avery Healthcare Greenholme House Care Home
The Sheds regular Wednesday morning meeting was a visit to the Avery Healthcare Greenholme House Care Home in Burley in Wharfedale.
Members were taken on a tour of this new Care Home that opened in January 2025, and can accommodate up to 70 residents.
The residents there enjoy excellent facilities and comfort, including superior bedrooms, lounges, dining rooms, a cinema plus a large open balcony area at the top of the building with great views.
After the tour the home kindly provided us with drinks and cakes.
The Shed would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the home who made us all feel very welcome.
