For the Shed's first meeting in March members were joined by Joanna Emsley, Communications & Engagement Coordinator at Yorkshire Water.
Jo gave advice to the group on wide range of topics relating to services Yorkshire Water provides such as Water Leaks, Water Meters, Billing and the Priority Services Register for vulnerable customers. The talk was then followed by lively Q & A session.
