02-09-2026: Talk - The Ferguson TEF Tractor Ray Taylor
For our first meeting of September, members of the Burley Men’s Shed enjoyed a very interesting and informative talk from Shed member Ray Taylor, who shared the history of the Ferguson Tractor Company along with the story of his own 1952 Ferguson TEF Tractor.
Ray and his son Kev have spent many hours, and no small amount of money, restoring the tractor to its original condition. To the delight of everyone, Ray brought it along to the meeting, giving members the chance to admire the craftsmanship and dedication that went into the restoration.
The Shed would like to extend a big thank you to Ray and Kev for a thoroughly enjoyable and engaging talk.
