15-04-2025: First Aid Awareness Event
Big thanks to Harvey, one of our members, who was able to connect us with Jenn Ward, a very experienced leader with St John's Ambulance.
Jenn, along with her very enthusiastic young daughter, gave 12 of our members useful demonstrations, knowledge and tips on how we should respond in some of the most common First Aid situations, which also included how to use our various local community defibrillators.
The event was rounded off with a lively question & answer session, and members were able to make a voluntary donation to the St John's Ambulance charity.
